These Terms of Service govern use of ADAI, an AI Sales Assistant platform operated under the ADWORKS brand. By creating an account or using ADAI, you agree to these terms.
ADAI provides business AI assistant features such as business setup, knowledge configuration, website CTA routing, Facebook Page connection, Messenger automation, lead handling, and optional auto follow-up tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate account and business information.
If you connect Facebook, Messenger, or other third-party services, you authorize ADAI to use the permissions you approve only for the features you enable. Your use of those services is also subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.
You may not use ADAI for unlawful activity, spam, fraud, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized data collection, platform abuse, or attempts to bypass messaging or platform rules.
AI-generated responses may contain errors. Users are responsible for reviewing business-critical information, offers, pricing, legal statements, health claims, financial claims, and other sensitive content before relying on or publishing it.
Users are responsible for ensuring their messaging practices comply with Meta Platform Terms, Messenger policies, applicable laws, customer consent requirements, and opt-out requests. ADAI may include safety controls, but these do not replace the user's compliance obligations.
ADAI may offer a free trial without a credit card. Paid features may require an active subscription. Pricing, limits, and plan features may change with notice. Current launch pricing may be displayed in the ADAI dashboard or checkout page.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Third-party platform outages, API restrictions, policy changes, or provider failures may affect ADAI features.
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security risk, non-payment, violation of these Terms, or conduct that may harm ADAI, users, customers, or connected platforms.
ADAI software, branding, interfaces, and platform materials remain the property of their respective owner(s). Users retain responsibility for the business content they provide to the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADAI and ADWORKS are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the service, third-party platforms, AI-generated content, or service interruptions.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of ADAI after material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
